Return & Refund Policy – Fulari Sarees

At Fulari, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the updated return, exchange, and refund guidelines.

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds are now available. Customers can choose their preferred mode:
• Direct bank account refund
• Wallet refund (store wallet)

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and quality-checked.

3. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are allowed for eligible products within the 3-day window.
• Exchange fee of ₹150 per item applies for processing and shipping.
• Exchanges depend on product availability.

4. Store Wallet Option
If a customer opts for a wallet refund, the credited amount can be used for future purchases.
Wallet credit validity: 30 days.

5. Eligibility Criteria
A product is eligible for return/exchange only if:
• It is unused and unwashed
• Original packaging and tags are intact
• Return/exchange request is raised within 3 days
• Sale, discount, or clearance items are not eligible

6. Process to Initiate Return/Exchange
• Email us at fularisarees@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.
• Customers may need to ship the product back at their own cost.
• Refund or exchange will be processed after QC verification.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If a damaged, different or defective item is received:
• Notify us within 48 hours with unboxing photos/videos.
• After verification, we will issue a refund or arrange an exchange without charging the exchange fee.
